Unlock Peak Performance Without Sacrificing Your Well-Being
Meet Amie!
Rewire your patterns. Redefine your success.
With nearly 30 years in corporate leadership at one of the world’s largest motion picture studios, Amie Rich knows what high performance looks like from the inside out.
The deadlines.
The pressure.
The perfectionism.
The “holding it all together” while quietly running on empty.
From the outside, it looked like success.
Inside, it felt like survival.
After years of people-pleasing, over-functioning, and chasing validation through achievement, Amie realized those patterns weren’t just “who she was,” they were conditioned responses rooted much deeper.
Now, she helps high-achieving leaders break free from burnout, reconnect with themselves, and succeed without self-abandonment.
Because you shouldn’t have to lose yourself to be successful.
You can be ambitious and aligned.
Powerful and peaceful.
Successful and still fully yourself.

Got Questions?
You’re not alone—here are some answers to help you feel clearer.
What makes this coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is you and me talking like we’ve know each other for years. It’s future-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and healing clinical mental health concerns, coaching focuses on awareness, mindset, behaviors, emotional patterns, goals, performance, and alignment. My role is not to diagnose, but to help you recognize what may be keeping you stuck, reconnect to your own wisdom, and support you as you move forward differently. Many clients choose coaching because they want practical transformation while also being deeply seen, challenged, and supported in the process.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need help with?
That’s actually more common than you think. Many people come into coaching knowing they feel exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally reactive, stuck, or burnt out, but they can’t fully explain why yet. Part of this work is uncovering the deeper patterns underneath what you’re experiencing so you can finally understand yourself differently. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting. Sometimes clarity comes through the process itself.
Is this only for business or career coaching?
Nope. While many of my clients are high-achievers, leaders, entrepreneurs, or professionals, this work impacts every area of life. The same patterns affecting your leadership often affect your relationships, boundaries, confidence, communication, emotional well-being, and ability to rest. This work is about helping you reconnect to yourself as a whole person, not just helping you perform better professionally.
What if I’m successful already? Why would I need coaching?
I’ve learned the hard way that success does not automatically equal peace, fulfillment, confidence, or alignment. Many high performers become incredibly skilled at functioning while disconnected from themselves internally. Coaching helps you identify the patterns underneath the performance, so your success no longer comes at the expense of your nervous system, relationships, health, or sense of self. This work is not about becoming more successful for the sake of achievement alone. It’s about learning how to succeed without abandoning yourself in the process.
What if I’m afraid to be vulnerable?
Then you’re probably exactly who this work is for. Most high achievers learned very early that being the strong one felt safer than being fully seen. You do not have to show up perfectly here. You do not need the right words or a polished explanation of what you’re feeling. This space is designed for honesty, awareness, growth, and compassion, not judgment. Often the greatest breakthroughs begin the moment someone realizes they no longer have to hold everything together alone.
What if I start this and realize I’ve been living from survival mode?
Then awareness has already begun. Many people spend years believing their anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional shutdown, overworking, or need for control is simply part of their personality. Often, those are nervous system patterns created for protection. Recognizing them is not failure, it’s freedom. Because once you can see the pattern clearly, you can begin changing it with intention instead of unconsciously repeating it.
What if I cry during sessions?
Then you’re human. Remember, it’s just you and me like we’ve known each other for years. This work can be deeply empowering, but it can also bring awareness to emotions, stories, and patterns you may have spent years suppressing. Tears are not weakness. Sometimes they’re simply evidence that your nervous system finally feels safe enough to soften. You are allowed to be both strong and emotional at the same time.
What if I’m the person everyone else depends on?
Many of my clients are exactly that person. The leader, the caretaker, the fixer, the responsible one, the person who keeps everything moving. But constantly being “on” for everyone else can become emotionally exhausting, even when you love the people you support. This work helps you learn how to care for others without completely disconnecting from yourself in the process.
What if I’m worried I’ll fail at this too?
That fear is far more common than people admit. Many individuals struggling with self-trust quietly carry fears like, “What if I can’t change?” or “What if everyone else can do this except me?” This program is not about perfection or getting everything right immediately. Transformation happens through awareness, consistency, compassion, and small shifts repeated over time. You are not behind, and you are not broken.
What kind of results can I expect?
Every person’s journey is different, but clients often experience greater confidence, stronger boundaries, increased emotional awareness, improved communication, reduced burnout, clearer decision-making, and a deeper sense of alignment in both leadership and life. The goal is not temporary motivation. The goal is sustainable transformation that changes how you think, respond, lead, and show up for yourself long after the program ends.
How long does transformation take?
Transformation is an ongoing process, but 12 weeks creates powerful momentum and measurable shifts when you are willing to consistently do the work. Many clients begin noticing changes in their awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and decision-making much earlier in the process. This work compounds over time as you begin practicing new ways of thinking, responding, and leading yourself.
Is this spiritual coaching?
My work includes spiritual awareness and energetic alignment for those who resonate with it, but everything is grounded in practical coaching, nervous system awareness, mindset work, emotional intelligence, and real-life application. You do not need to identify as spiritual to benefit from this work. The foundation is always personal growth, self-awareness, and sustainable transformation.
What if I’ve spent my entire life taking care of everyone else first?
Then this work may feel both uncomfortable, life-changing, and maybe even selfish at first. Many people intellectually understand self-care, boundaries, and self-worth, but emotionally struggle to embody them without guilt. This process helps you begin choosing yourself without feeling like you’re abandoning everyone else. You are allowed to matter too.
What if deep down I know I’ve outgrown the version of me I’ve been performing as?
Then your next chapter may already be calling you forward. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is stop performing long enough to meet yourself honestly. That’s often where true transformation begins, not in becoming someone new, but in finally reconnecting to who you were underneath the pressure, expectations, and survival patterns all along.
Still Have Questions?
If something inside you is saying “this resonates,” trust that.
You do not have to figure everything out alone, and you do not need to wait until things completely fall apart before allowing yourself support.
Sometimes the first breakthrough is simply allowing yourself to be supported.
